The SSS - Love, Lust, Loss EP [Review]

Ok, so in this post I am going to review a new and upcoming band that I have heard a lot about over the past few weeks called, "The SSS," you may or may not have heard of them, but they are most definitely worth a listen if you haven't listened before. Catchy melodies mixed in with hard hitting high-octave riffs and indie-style of beat make this one of the freshest bands around at this moment in time, don't just take my word for it, go and listen to the EP for free on Spotify, or buy it from iTunes or Amazon.

MRG's Pick of the EP:

I have to say that I loved this full EP, and it is a great effort from the band, but my highlight track is the track:

Track 1: Eighteen

This song is a great little 2-minute wonder, just like 'Blur's' "Song 2" back in the '90's, it has attitude, punch, and energy to spare. the song manages to move with seamless effort, from main melody, to strong punchy breakdown and then back to melody for an emphatically strong finale. It is safe to say that from the start of the song to the end, it maintained my full attention, I would fully recommend a listen of this song if you have a spare 2 minutes, and you will not be disappointed.

This is my view of the EP, I believe that, in conclusion, the guys from "The SSS" have created a very strong base here for themselves to work on, and I am very much looking forward to hearing alot more from them in the future!
